The Fellowship of Christian Athletes engages coaches and athletes to grow in their faith and sport.
I was on staff from 2000-2004 and now again from 2010-present. I graduated from the University of the Cumberlands where I met my wife, Kelly. We have one son Clay and three daughters – Jenna, Kate, and Susanna. My favorite Bible verse is Proverbs3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.” My favorite sports team is the University of Kentucky. What I love best about FCA is the opportunity to see coaches and athletes using their platform for God’s glory. My family and I attend Ashland Avenue and one word that describes me is blessed.
My family includes my Mom (JoAnn Brown), my nephews Zion and Ryan, my niece Ashton, and my dog Maximus. I live in Versailles, KY where I attend Journey Church. I am a graduate of Woodford County High School and Midway College. My favorite Scripture passage is Hebrews 12:1-3 and one word that describes me is Grateful.
My wife Colby and I have two boys, Titus and Channing. We live in Georgetown, where we attend Southland Christian Church. My favorite part about being on staff with FCA is the opportunity to share Jesus with others and watch Him change lives! I have been on staff with FCA since August 2014.
I am the Administrative Assistant for Central Kentucky and have been on staff since February 2002. I have 3 children, Gabe, Andrea and Jonathan and one very spoiled miniature dachshund named Lexi. Leisure activities include; reading, gardening, landscaping, travel and spending time with family and friends. I became a Christian at age 21. Out of many special scripture verses, my favorite is Micah 6:8- The Lord has shown you what is good. He has told you what he requires of you. You must act with justice. You must love to show mercy. And you must be humble as you live in the sight of your God. NIRV My greatest joy is to see others break free from darkness and begin a life of freedom in Christ!
